Professor Jane Stadler

Professor Jane Stadler is Dean of Graduate Research at the University of New England (2023–) and she served as Director of Research Higher Degrees at the University of Queensland (2006–2017).
Her research achievements include six books, over fifty peer-reviewed papers in media studies, and research funding from the Australian Research Council (DP10100309), the Oppenheimer Foundation, and the Department of Industry, Innovation, Science, Research and Tertiary Education.
Professor Stadler has a distinguished record of teaching and research training, including supervising 25 PhD candidates to completion. She is the recipient of five University Teaching Awards in addition to the Australian Learning and Teaching Council National Award for Teaching Excellence (2011).
