Dear colleagues,
With the year now in full swing we are looking forward to coming together at the first ACGR national member meeting for 2025, co-hosted by the University of Tasmania. We’re excited to connect in-person in Hobart on April 28th and 29th.
As the implementation of the Universities Accord recommendations gather speed, we welcome the announcement of Professor Mary O’Kane’s appointment as Interim Chief Commissioner of the Australian Tertiary Education Commission (ATEC). We look forward to advocating for the interests of the graduate research sector as the form and shape of the ATEC unfolds.

The calibre of the nominations increases year on year, a demonstration of the impactful and dedicated work undertaken across our member institutions.
